12:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Legacy Golf Club
6808 South 32nd Street
Phoenix, AZ 85042

The 2018 ASIS Phoenix Golf Outing will be held on Friday, October 5th.  The event returns to The Legacy Golf Club where we will start with a 1:15pm shotgun start.  The annual outing, which is held to help raise funds for Homeward Bound and the Sojourner Center, will feature team competition along with on course contests.  These contests include closest to the pin, longest drive and putting. Additional on course events are in the works.

The price for participation for a single entrant which includes golf, cart, range balls and BBQ dinner buffet is $115.  If you have a foursome your registration price is $460.  This also includes golf, cart, range balls and BBQ dinner buffet.

Awards and prizes will be presented to the teams finishing first, second and third.  Most importantly, the winning team will secure chapter bragging rights for the next year.

Raffle tickets will be available at registration and throughout the day.  The raffle will be conducted after the dinner and prize ceremony.  Raffle prizes in the past have included resort stays, rounds of golf, gift cards and sports memorabilia.   Mulligans will be available at registration to assist the less accomplished golfer and help with raising funds for the charities.

Now is the time to start forming your team and get in some practice rounds for the tournament.  If you are not a player and want to participate, we are eagerly looking for volunteers to help with the organization and event day operation of the tournament.

Sponsorships are currently available for the on course contests, putting contest and the beverage cart.  Individual holes are also available for vendor sponsorships.

Traditionally all of our raffle items have come from the generous donations of our membership and their associates.  If you are able to assist with raffle prizes or interested in sponsorships please contact Steve Norris @ 602-501-1594.

                              Law Enforcement Appreciation Luncheon

                             Sponsorship & Registration Information

Greetings Security Professionals,
The 2018 Law Enforcement Appreciation Luncheon (LEAL) is right around the corner and it is time to get the party started.  Attached is the sponsorship announcement and I would ask you to seriously consider sponsoring the event.  Our sponsors are the backbone of the luncheon and the event cannot be successful without you.  Due to a steady increase in the costs associated with the luncheon we implemented a slight increase in sponsorship costs this year.
The Gold sponsorship allows you to bring seven of your colleagues to be matched with three law enforcement attendees.  Gold sponsors also appear on stage to present the Awards of Valor to the law enforcement recipients.
Silver sponsors bring seven colleagues to be matched with three law enforcement attendees.
Bronze sponsorship includes your attendance along with one law enforcement professional.
All sponsors are mentioned prominently in the program and throughout the luncheon.  The 100 Club of Arizona has again been chosen as the recipient of the raffle and silent auction proceeds.  100% of the proceeds of any items you donate will be presented to the 100 Club.
As always I am in search of volunteers to make the event go smoothly.  If we can get 4-5 volunteers everyone will have one small job to do and the event will continue to be a success.
If you have any questions please just ask.
Terry Donnelly
2018 LEAL Chairman
