ASIS Phoenix Chapter – September Chapter Meeting

Please join us for our Monthly Chapter meeting on Wednesday September 19, 2018 at the MIM (Musical Instrument Museum). The MIM is one of the finest museums in all of the United States and a wonderful destination for everyone in Arizona. Please join us for Networking starting at 11am, lunch is served at 1145.

 David Burger is the Security Manager at the Musical Instrument Museum, where he leads the security operations, including all aspects of public safety, the protection of over 10,000 instruments and cultural artifacts from across the world as well as collaborating with executive leadership in guiding the continued excellence and sustainability of the organization.

David has strong experience in security operations from across many business sectors such as professional sports teams, large events, high-rise properties, general medical and psychiatric healthcare facilities. David works diligently to develop and improve security operations using evidence-based best practices, coordination with elected officials and law enforcement, top quality training and the understanding/use of cutting edge technology.

David is a native to Arizona having spent most of his life in the valley. When not engrossed with security, David can often be found volunteering at his church, photographing wildlife, camping/hiking/fishing or working on his “project” vehicles.
